Trip schedule<\/h2>\n

DAY 1<\/span>
\n9.45am \u2013 Gathering for departure at our R\u00e9gina landing stage where you will board a pirogue and motor up to the Mataroni creek.
\n11.00am \u2013 Arrival at the \u201ccarbet\u201d (traditional forest lodge on piles) prepared for your stay.
\nA welcome aperitif will be served, followed by free time for leisure or swimming.
\nAfter lunch (fish or wild game served), your afternoon will be devoted to walks and the discovery of large Amazonian tree species (nighttime walks can also be organized).
\nGrilled dinner.
\nThen off to a restful night in your hammock!<\/p>\n

DAY 2<\/span>
\nBreakfast at the carbet.
\nYou will then set off on a trek (2 hours of hiking) to reach the \u201cSavane Roche Virgine\u201d, an exceptional inselberg (i.e. isolated rock hill or ridge\u2014also called a \u201cmonadnock\u201d).
\nSnacks will be served at the summit of this isolated rock island towering above its surroundings\u2014while participants enjoy the stunning views of the Amazonian forest.
\nYour return trek will then bring your back to the carbet for lunch.
\nLate afternoon return to R\u00e9gina on pirogue.<\/p>\n
